Our Policies...

  1. It's Playtime!   is licensed as an alternative child care program. The maximum time a child can be left in our facility cannot exceed more than five (5) consecutive days. The maximum number of days per month is fifteen (15) days.

  2. We will not administer any medication during you child’s stay.

  3. We do not accept children with illnesses that are contagious to other children, or that require our staff’s individual attention.
  4. You may pack a lunch or dinner and have your child bring it in. We will also provide you with a form for you to indicate your child’s food allergies.

  5. Drop off and Pick up. You must bring the child into the facility and sign the child in when dropping off. If you are late picking up your child you will be charged a late fee. We will not release children to intoxicated parents.

  6. Illness and injury. In the event of illness or injury you will be contacted immediately and will be provided a copy of incident report at the time of pick up. 911 will be contacted for injuries that require more than a band-aid to insure the safety of the child.

  7. Parents need to provide an extra set of clothes for all small children that are potty training.
  8. If you would like your child to take a nap or your child is used to napping at a certain time, please let us know so we can keep your child’s normal routine.

  9. It's Playtime!  expects children to follow rules for their safety and the safety of others in the center. Children are expected to do the following:
    • respect the staff;
    • listen and follow directions at all times;
    • respect feelings and rights of others; and
    • be polite and use good manners
  10. Proof of immunization records are required for child to participate in the alternative child care program.

  11. Parents will be notified in writing of any policy changes.
  12. Parental Involvement. We welcome your comments, opinions and suggestions.

  13. Parents are encouraged to voice any concerns they may have to the director and/or owner at any time.

  14. We do not provide field trips, transportation, or water activities.
