It's Playtime! Child Care is now accepting fulltime infants, toddlers, and preschoolers! All required forms are available to download, below. To register, an Admissions Form must be completed and submitted with the $100.00 fee non-refundable. Each student attending school must have an Admissions Form Health Statement signed and dated by their physician within the past year, a recent copy of his/her immunizations signed and dated by their physician. Infants will need to have a monthly-updated care sheet.
